Exit Terminal 5 and follow signs to Arlanda C train station (free shuttle bus or 10-min walk via covered walkway)
Board any SJ or Mälardalstrafik regional train toward Uppsala C — trains run every 30–60 min in the evening
Journey time: ~22–28 minutes to Uppsala Centralstation
Radisson Blu is a 3-minute walk from Uppsala C (exit toward Stationsgatan)

⚠️ Arlanda surcharge: The airport stations (Arlanda N/S/C) add a surcharge of ~130 SEK/adult (~€11) on top of the regular fare, regardless of your ticket type. For 3 adults this is ~390 SEK extra. Buy tickets at the machine in the terminal before boarding — you can pay by card. Buy at sj.se or the SJ app to skip queues.

Exit Terminal 5, follow signs to Bus Gate D (ground level, outside arrivals)

Pay by card on the bus or use the UL app (download ahead of time)
Runs every 15–20 minutes until late evening

Journey ~25 minutes to Arlanda C; follow signs to Terminal 5 (short walk or shuttle)
Arrive Terminal 5 by ~8:00 AM — 2 hours before 10:00 departure ✓

Timing note: Norwegian recommends check-in closes 45 min before departure (9:15 AM). Being at the terminal by 8:00 gives comfortable margin. Check bags online to save time at the airport. Buy train tickets the night before on sj.se or the SJ app.

Berlin Brandenburg Airport → Hilton Berlin

Land at BER Terminal 1 at 11:35 AM. The Hilton Berlin is at Gendarmenmarkt — right in the center of the city. You will pass through Berlin Hbf (main station) on the way.

FEX Airport Express → Berlin Hbf → Stadtmitte

Follow signs from Terminal 1 arrivals to the S-Bahn station (basement level, well-signposted)
Board the FEX (Flughafen Express) — runs every 30 min, direct to Berlin Hauptbahnhof in ~30 min
At Hbf, descend to U-Bahn. Take U6 toward Alt-Mariendorf — 2 stops to Stadtmitte (~4 min)
Exit Stadtmitte station — Hilton Berlin and Gendarmenmarkt are a 3–5 minute walk

Buy a Berlin ABC Day Ticket before boarding — covers FEX, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, buses all day. Single: ~€10 · Family/group (up to 5 people): ~€30. Buy at the ticket machines in the airport S-Bahn station — card payment accepted. You'll want transit for the rest of the day anyway. The FEX is included in the AB day ticket (unlike Arlanda, no surcharge here).

Buy an MVV day ticket at Hbf — you'll want it for the rest of the afternoon. Partner day ticket (up to 5 people): ~€15.40 for the inner M zone, valid on all S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram, and bus within the city. Machines at every station — English interface, card payment.

Uppsala

Uppsala is walkable for almost everything — cathedral, university, river, old town are all within 15 min of the Radisson Blu
UL buses for Gamla Uppsala (ancient burial mounds, ~5 km north): Bus 2 from city center, ~15 min
Bikes are very popular and rentable — Uppsala is extremely flat

Everything is walking distance — Newport Bay Club, both parks, Disney Village, and the TGV station are all connected on foot within 10–15 min

TGV station (Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy) is a 5-min walk from the hotel — arrive Jun 21 by 08:15 for 08:58 TGV departure
RER A connects the resort to central Paris in ~40 min (if you want a Paris day)
